- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of accommodation services at The Duke Accommodation (“the Property”). By making a booking, checking in, or staying at The Duke Accommodation, you agree to abide by these terms. - Booking & Reservation
2.1. A valid reservation must be made through an authorized platform, the Property’s official website, or directly with the management.
2.2. A confirmation email or booking receipt will be sent once your reservation is complete.
2.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room at The Duke Accommodation. - Payment
3.1. Payment for your stay must be made at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed upon in advance.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3.3. Rates are subject to change and may vary based on seasonality, special events, or availability. - Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
4.2. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur an additional charge of €20, unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
4.3. A valid ID and your confirmation number is required at check-in. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
5.3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear. - Guest Responsibilities
6.1. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the comfort and safety of others.
6.2. Any damage caused to the Property or its contents will be charged to the guest.
6.3. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbances to other guests.
6.4. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or within designated indoor areas.
6.5. Only service animals are allowed in certain rooms and with prior approval. An additional fee may apply. - Liability & Property Use
7.1. The Duke Accommodation is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
7.2. Guests are required to lock their rooms when leaving.
7.3. The Property reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in illegal or disruptive behaviour. - Health & Safety
8.1. Guests must comply with all safety regulations, including fire and emergency procedures, while on the Property.
8.2. In the event of an emergency, guests must evacuate the Property immediately following the instructions of staff members. - Use of Facilities
9.1. The use of facilities, such as the pool table may require additional charges.
9.2. Guests must follow any additional rules and guidelines set by the Property regarding the use of specific facilities. - Privacy & Data Protection
10.1. The Duke Accommodation will collect and store personal information provided during the booking process.
10.2. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. - Force Majeure
11.1. The Duke Accommodation is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations. - Governing Law & Disputes
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
12.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ireland. - Changes to Terms & Conditions
13.1. The Duke Accommodation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13.2. Guests are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed about any changes.
